Bundaberg Regional Council is establishing a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Graphic Design to support the delivery of visual communication material across its services, programs, projects, events, facilities, and community facing activities.

About

Effective communication is essential for Council to ensure transparency, accessibility, public awareness, and community engagement. Well-designed visual communication material supports Council's ability to present information clearly, professionally, and consistently across multiple channels.

Purpose

Council has identified a need to outsource some graphic design requests in support of its Communications team, with requests to come only from this team. A panel model has been determined to be the most suitable approach to ensure appropriate flexibility, capacity, value for money, and access to a broader range of creative styles and technical skills.

Scope

The scope includes provision of graphic design services across the following material types:

• Social media material
• Signage
• Advertising
• Reports
• Community engagement collateral
• Campaign material
• Project branding
• Internal corporate communication material
