The Department of Lands, Planning and the Environment (NT) is seeking a suitably qualified provider to deliver statutory and supplementary valuation services for the Litchfield Council Area, to 30 June 2029.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of statutory valuation assessments for Unimproved Capital Value for the Litchfield Council Area
• Provision of supplementary valuation assessments for Unimproved Capital Value for the Litchfield Council Area
• Delivery of these valuation services to 30 June 2029

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified to provide statutory and supplementary valuation assessments for Unimproved Capital Value
