Local Government Regional Council - Provision of Statutory and Supplementary Valuation Services for the Local Government Regional Council Areas to 30 June 2029

The Department of Lands, Planning and the Environment (NT) requires the provision of statutory and supplementary valuation services for Unimproved Capital Value assessments across the Local Government Regional Council Areas, to be delivered by a suitably qualified provider until 30 June 2029.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of statutory valuation assessments for Unimproved Capital Value
• Provision of supplementary valuation assessments for Unimproved Capital Value
• Delivery of these valuation services to 30 June 2029 for the following Local Government Regional Council Areas:
• Groote Archipelago Regional Council
• Tiwi Islands Regional Council
• East Arnhem Regional Council
• West Arnhem Regional Council
• Roper Gulf Regional Council
• Victoria Daly Regional Council
• Barkly Regional Council
• Central Desert Regional Council
• MacDonnell Regional Council
• West Daly Regional Council

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified to provide statutory and supplementary valuation services for Unimproved Capital Value
