FMC North Coast – Service #6 – Fixed Sporting Equipment (Gaps)

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Education, School Infrastructure (NSW) is seeking a contractor to deliver Service #6, Fixed Sporting Equipment (Gaps), as part of the FMC North Coast facilities maintenance arrangements.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Visual inspection of fixings, posts and ancillary equipment for correct operation and deterioration
• Testing correct operation of fixed sporting equipment
• Surveying the whole of the school grounds and recording assets
• Taking photos of each asset and assessing them against the inspection criteria above
• Providing a site plan marking the general location of each asset in relation to school structures, with a legend identifying each type of equipment
