Supply & Installation of Cell 6 and Cell 7 Landfill Liner System Nambour Landfill Expansion

Sunshine Coast Council is inviting tenders for the supply, installation, testing and certification of the Cell 6 and Cell 7 Sidewall Liner System for the Nambour Landfill Expansion Project, located at 18 Cooney Road, Bli Bli.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and installation of geosynthetic liner components, comprising HDPE geomembrane and protection geotextile, for Cell 6 Sidewall Liner Lifts 2 and 3
• Supply and installation of geosynthetic liner components, comprising HDPE geomembrane and protection geotextile, for Cell 7 baseliner and piggyback lift 1
• Testing and certification of the installed liner system
• Provision of all materials, plant and labour required to perform the works associated with the contract

Council will be completing the civil construction and liner surface elements to the liner receiving surface specified levels and tolerances.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• This is a lump sum contract
• Anticipated commencement: 1 December 2026
• Anticipated practical completion: 30 June 2027
