Gutter Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Stirling is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and resourced contractor to provide Gutter Cleaning Services across City owned and occupied facilities.

Scope

Works undertaken under this agreement will be scheduled or routine maintenance by nature and will be allocated through the Facilities, Projects & Assets Business Unit.

The scope includes but is not limited to:

• Clearing gutters, downpipes and rain heads
• Confirming downpipes are clear
• Managing gutter guards where fitted
• Reporting any additional works required

Contract Terms and Conditions

The City intends to award a contract to one respondent and reserves the right to award contracts to multiple suppliers if deemed appropriate.
