Hire of Christmas Decorations

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Randwick City Council is seeking tenders for the hire of various Christmas decorations across the Randwick LGA for the December 2026 to January 2027 and December 2027 to January 2028 periods.

Scope

The scope includes hire of Christmas decorations across the following categories of supply:

• Category A: Interactive Christmas Tree
• Category B1: Static Decorations, Trees
• Category B2: Static Decorations, Fairy Lights
• Category B3: Static Decorations, Wreaths
• Category C: Innovative Decorations

Suppliers can tender for one or more categories of decorations, or for single items within a category.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Contract period: 2 years
• Extension options: 3 x optional 12 month extensions, offered at the discretion of Council
