Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

On behalf of Waimea College, Onus Projects invites main contractors to submit tenders for the refurbishment of E Block classrooms at Waimea College, Richmond, on behalf of the Ministry of Education (NZ).

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Refurbishment of 5 classrooms within Waimea College's E Block building
  • Refurbishment of several ancillary spaces within E Block

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags will be accepted
  • Works are to be completed during the school's holiday and study leave periods outlined in the RFT documents
  • Practical completion is required prior to 28 January 2027
  • Works can commence as early as September 2026, subject to contracts, material, and contractor availability
  • Intended contract award (indicative): 17th August 2026
