Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

⁠⁠⁠Provision of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to service all Local Health Districts for the agreed term.

This multi-Agency tender on behalf of the five participating Local Health Districts (LHD) collectively referred to as 'the Agencies'.

The Agencies seek to engage a single qualified external provider of a Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to service all LHDs for the agreed term.

The preferred outcome is the appointment of a single supplier to deliver all Services across all participating LHDs. However, under certain circumstances one or more suppliers may be appointed for specific service requirements. Suppliers may submit proposals for one or more participating LHDs and may propose to deliver Standard Services, Optional Services, or both. While a preferred supplier may be appointed, individual LHDs may, under certain circumstances, enter into an agreement with a non-preferred supplier for specific service requirements. The Agencies reserve the right to award contracts to one or more suppliers across the participating LHDs.

2. Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD)
3. Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD)
4. Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD)
5. Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD)

Standard Services:

• Individual Counselling Support
• Urgent / Crisis Counselling
• Critical Incident Response
• Manager Support
• Mediation and Conflict Resolution (between 2 people)
• Wellbeing Support (exercise, career, resilience, financial, nutrition, legal)
• Family Support

Optional Services:

• Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) Support
• Critical Care Wellbeing Program
