Tender Details
Tender Description
Adelaide Primary Health Network (Adelaide PHN) is inviting general practices located within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) catchment to apply to participate in the Commonwealth-funded Mental Health Multidisciplinary Service (MHMS) Program.
There is a demonstrated gap in the availability of accessible, affordable, and integrated long-term multidisciplinary mental health care for people experiencing complex mental health conditions in underserviced and hard-to-reach communities in Adelaide's outer south.
The MHMS Program aims to enhance the capacity of General Practices located in southern Adelaide to deliver coordinated, whole-person multidisciplinary care.
Adelaide PHN seeks to commission a minimum of four general practices to implement integrated Mental Health Multidisciplinary Service model, providing seamless care for people of all ages experiencing complex mental health conditions and suicide distress for up to two financial years (2026–27 and 2027–28).
Each participating general practice will receive up to $30,000 (ex. GST) throughout the Program delivery period.
