The Commission seeking a single resource, a Business Analyst, to work on multiple inflight ICT enabled projects across the organisation. The resource/vendor will be required to put forward candidate with:
- NV1 clearance
- include the candidate's availability to commence work
- Candidates will work onsite in Canberra
The Commission requires the engagement of a Business Analyst to support IT-enabled initiatives across the organisation. The Business Analyst will be embedded within the IT Program Management Office (ITPMO) and will provide analysis, requirements definition, and stakeholder engagement services across a portfolio of projects and initiatives, as directed.
The Business Analyst will act as a conduit between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into functional and non-functional requirements. The role will support the identification and improvement of business processes, systems, and services through the analysis of current state operations, identification of gaps and inefficiencies, and contribution to the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose solutions.
Key responsibilities will include requirements elicitation and documentation, process mapping and optimisation, stakeholder consultation, evaluation of solution options, and the development and maintenance of project artefacts.
These activities will contribute to the delivery of the Commission’s IT Strategy by supporting the implementation of modern, efficient, and fit-for-purpose systems and capabilities across the organisation.
