⁠⁠⁠General items

The subcontractor acknowledges that the works will have differing dates for practical completion and for the various stages and has allowed for all works necessary to allow for the independent operations of the works.

Allow for providing samples of all items whether specified or not for approval by the Client prior to incorporating into the works.

The Subcontract Works include, but are not limited to the following works:

• Supply, application and warranty of waterproofing as specified
• All wet area floors including ensuites, change rooms, bathrooms, scrub room, cleanup room, cleaners’ rooms, toilets and the like.
• All shower floors and walls, including wet area vinyl floors
• To the walls behind all vanity basins from floor to 150mm above vanity.
• To the walls behind all wash basins, cleaners’ sinks, troughs and the like from floor to 150mm above fixture.
• Supply, Deliver & install
• Wall and Floor tiling
• Toppings and fall to waste including wet area vinyl floors.
• All trims, grouts and glues, silicone and the like as required.
• Supply all necessary spares in accordance with the specification
• Allow for all necessary trims at tile/ vinyl interface; make good and match into floor/ skirting finishes.
