The Shire of Meekatharra is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant to prepare a master plan and detailed design for a landmark mixed-use development, under Request for Tender RFT 25-26-04 Master Planning and Design Services (Mixed Use Development).

Scope

The scope includes:

• Preparation of a master plan for a landmark mixed-use development
• Preparation of detailed design for the mixed-use development

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified consultant with relevant experience in master planning and design services

Instructions to Tenderers

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the Shire of Meekatharra Online Procurement Portal. Information on how to respond is provided in the request for tender documents.

There is no obligation on the Shire of Meekatharra to accept any tenders. Canvassing of Councillors or Shire Officers will disqualify Tenderers from further consideration.
