The Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Fitting and Machining Equipment for South Regional TAFE

⁠⁠⁠Overview

South Regional TAFE requires the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, training and ongoing support of a range of specialised training equipment to support the delivery of post-trade training programs. These programs will focus on advanced Computer Numerical Control (CNC) operations and programming, as well as simulated training specific to the Fitting and Machining disciplines.

Purpose

The proposed equipment will enable learners to develop and refine advanced technical skills in a controlled and industry-aligned training environment, supporting competency development, safety, and operational readiness. The solution is intended to complement existing training delivery by providing modern, fit-for-purpose equipment that reflects current and emerging industry practices.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and delivery of specialised Fitting and Machining training equipment, including CNC operation and programming equipment and simulated training equipment
• Installation of the equipment
• Testing and commissioning of the equipment
• Provision of training on the equipment
• Provision of ongoing support for the equipment
