Expressions of Interest - Lake Claremont Perth Royal Show 2026 Parking

⁠⁠⁠The Town of Claremont is seeking Expressions of Interest from local Community Groups to operate a temporary parking station (car park) at Lake Claremont during the 2026 Royal Agricultural Show. 

Who can apply? 

Community Groups seeking a fundraising opportunity. 

What you'll need to provide 

• A brief outline as to why the Town should choose your group/organisation. 
• Details of the group/organisation and current contact information. 
• Outline a brief parking management plan (how you propose to manage the car park). 
• Demonstrate the ability to provide sufficient volunteers/staff to support operations during the event. 
• Evidence of insurance.
