The Town of Claremont is seeking Expressions of Interest from local community groups to operate a temporary parking station (car park) at Lake Claremont during the 2026 Royal Agricultural Show.

Community groups seeking a fundraising opportunity may apply.

Scope

• Operation of a temporary parking station (car park) at Lake Claremont during the Perth Royal Show 2026

Information Requested

• A brief outline as to why the Town should choose your group or organisation
• Details of the group or organisation and current contact information
• A brief parking management plan outlining how you propose to manage the car park
• Evidence of the ability to provide sufficient volunteers or staff to support operations during the event
• Evidence of insurance
