Request for Information - Taxi Services

⁠⁠⁠Sydney Airport is inviting taxi service providers to participate in a Request for Information (RFI) regarding the future delivery of taxi services at Sydney Airport. The RFI forms part of Sydney Airports ongoing review of taxi operations and seeks industry input to help inform the development of future service delivery models.

As passenger volumes continue to grow and operational demands evolve, Sydney Airport is seeking feedback from the taxi industry on opportunities to enhance passenger experience, operational efficiency, safety, accessibility, and overall service delivery outcomes across the airport precinct

The RFI is open to all interested taxi service providers and is intended to gather information on industry capabilities, service delivery models, innovation, technology solutions, and approaches that may support future taxi services at Sydney Airport.
