Pre-qualified Panel for Supply & Delivery of Granular & Liquid Fertilisers & Soil Amendments

⁠⁠⁠The City of Melville (City) is seeking to establish a suitably qualified and experienced Panel of Pre-qualified Suppliers to assist the City with the Supply and Delivery of Granular and Liquid Fertilisers and Soil Amendments.

The successful Tenderers will have quality and certified products, supported with an efficient and effective ordering and delivery system to support the timely delivery of products as required.

This contract is for an initial term of one year with two additional 12-month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City makes no guarantee of any quantity or volume of work or spend under the proposed contract.

The intention is to appoint three to five suppliers to the Panel who meet the requirements and have demonstrated value for money, however the number and quality of the submissions received will ultimately determine the final number of suppliers appointed in each category.

Potential Tenderers should carefully consider their current and future resourcing commitments and any impact this Tender requirement would place on their financial viability before tendering.

For additional items not included in the Pricing Schedule but that fall within the general scope of this Panel Terms and are requested by the City, the Pre-qualified Supplier shall provide a written quote to the City for approval. If the City is not satisfied with the quote received, the City reserves the right to request a revision to the quote or engage a contractor outside of this Panel Terms.
