Council Chamber Audiovisual, Conferencing and Webcasting System

⁠⁠⁠Alice Springs Town Council operates a Council Chamber where the existing discussion system has failed and is beyond economic repair. The platform is discontinued by the manufacturer with no spare parts available and there is no rapid replacement path. Council meetings are currently being held in an alternate room as an interim measure.

The supporting audio chain, cabling and equipment housing are also aging and have contributed to intermittent audio-quality issues, particularly for remote participants joining via Microsoft Teams.

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced audiovisual systems integrator to design, supply, install, commission, support and maintain a complete replacement audiovisual, discussion, recording and webcasting solution within the existing Chamber, including the removal and responsible disposal of the redundant equipment.
