PM019 - Tanks, Plastic - Nolans Project

⁠⁠⁠The Project intends to tender and award Tanks Plastic Package.

The scope covers the supply of HDPE Tanks comprising complete design (excluding tank sizing and layout), manufacture, QA/QC, assembly, testing, and delivery in accordance with project requisition, datasheets, and specifications. Scope includes fully fabricated tanks (shell, bottom, roof), all nozzles, manways, vents, overflow systems, internal fittings (baffles, sparge rings, upcomers), structural and piping elements, linings, supports, and required accessories. The 

Supplier shall provide all associated fasteners, gaskets (including spares), lifting and transport arrangements, corrosion protection, tagging, and preservation. The scope also includes piping connections to battery limits, limited EC&I supports (cable tray/conduit supports), and transport frames/saddles. The Supplier is responsible for project management, detailed engineering, QA/QC and inspection (including FAT), packaging and shipment, and participation in design and risk reviews. Recommended spares (commissioning, operational, and capital) shall be provided. 

Optional site supervision, commissioning support, and training may be required. All equipment shall be supplied complete, compliant, and fit for purpose, including all items necessary to achieve specified performance.
