Tender Description
The Project intends to tender and award Agitators Package.
The scope covers Supply of PM001 Agitators comprising complete design, manufacture, assembly, testing, and delivery in accordance with project specifications and datasheets.
Scope includes fully integrated agitator packages (motor, gearbox, coupling, shaft, impellers, baseplate, guards), all associated materials and ancillary items, corrosion protection suitable for slurry service, and compliance with EC&I Type 1 requirements including machine safety. The
Supplier shall undertake project management, detailed engineering and documentation, participation in design and risk reviews, and implementation of QA/QC processes including
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT). Equipment shall be pre-assembled and shop-tested to minimize site installation works, with packaging and shipment in line with project requirements and subject to Company release inspection. The scope also includes provision of recommended spares (commissioning, operational, and capital) and optional site support services such as supervision, commissioning assistance, and training. The Supplier shall ensure the equipment is complete, compliant, and fit for purpose, including all necessary items whether or not explicitly specified
