Tender Description
The City of Cockburn is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Road Planing Contractor for the City’s cold road planing requirements at locations throughout the City of Cockburn area.
The scope of works also include road profiling, stabilisation levelling, temporary ramp installation, surface repairs, handwork around road infrastructure and services and sweeping.
The Contractor shall be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, chemicals, transport/cartage, administrative costs, travelling expenses and anything else necessary for the completion of the works as they are required.
The scope of works is primarily described in the Specification however, tenderers should note that related obligations and technical requirements may also be specified elsewhere within the tender documentation.
The proposed contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to a further twelve (12) months.
It is the Principal's expectation that the Contract is expected to commence in August 2026.
