EOI - Customer Water Metering Solutions - Request for Expressions of Interest

⁠⁠⁠Lismore City Council (Council) invites suitably qualified suppliers to provide information regarding customer water metering solutions with remote reading capabilities.

The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) is to gather high-level information on water metering systems with remote reading capabilities currently on the market, with the intent of shortlisting systems and suppliers for future procurement activities.

This EOI is an information-gathering exercise only and does not constitute a tender or commitment to purchase. Information received through this EOI will be used to:

• Assess the suitability of available technologies and suppliers

• Refine Council’s technical and functional requirements

• Develop subsequent detailed technical EOIs and/or procurement documentation

Suppliers shortlisted through this EOI may be invited to participate in further activities as part of the procurement process for contract T26/17. This may include subsequent EOI(s) or open or selective tendering in accordance with legislative requirements.

Council currently anticipates completing the procurement process during 2026, with implementation or supply arrangements under contract T26/17 commencing from January 2027.
