⁠⁠⁠Project goals

Objective of this Procurement activity is to award contract for the Provision of ongoing routine and corrective maintenance of Train Wash Plants in 5 ST Maintenance Centres for a potential term of 5 years (3+1+1).

Scope

Scope of services include the provision of Preventative Maintenance Services and Corrective Maintenance Services for the 5 Wash Plants and the supply of spare parts over the proposed term of contract in accordance with Asset Standard Authority (ASA), Sydney Trains, Australian Standards (AS) and EPA standards.

• 24/7 callout-emergency/non-urgent/next day where requested

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance services for specific services and systems

• Supply of spare parts

• Maintenance and update of system source code

• Provision of designs, condition reports and/or documentation to be presented at quarterly status meetings

• Documentation updated from the current source and kept current at all times by the Contractor, including PLC source code.

Train Wash Plant locations are:

• FMC and MMC (fully automated)

• HMC (operator controlled)

• SMC (XPT) (automated with operator initiation)

• BMC (operator controlled)
