Kirkham Road Water Main - Construction

⁠⁠⁠Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver a new 100mm ID HDPE reticulation water main between Kirkham Road and Evans Lane in Bowral, NSW.

Scope of Works

In achieving the objective identified in Section 3, the general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

•  Project Management Deliverables for review by the Principal.
•  Post SG11 Audit.
•  Pre and post Dilapidation Reports.
•  Investigative works and confirmation of service locations.
•  Development of construction methodology and an under bore design for review and Approval by the Principal.
•  Traffic Management as required. Closure of Evans Lane and traffic management of resident access.
•  Affected Resident letter notifications.
•  Installation of the new 100mm ID HDPE pipeline between Kirkham Road and Evans Lane.
•  Connections of the new main to the two connection points.
•  Pre-commissioning, commissioning and disinfection works of the new main as per the Specifications.
•  Restoration of disturbed areas.
•  Submission of warranties, quality, handover documentation and WAE.
