Main Contractor for Fitzroy School: Site: LSPM Fencing

⁠⁠⁠Fencing modifications are required to many areas of the site at Fitzroy school to enable high needs students to attend school safely.

Areas of work are:

1. Barriball St road frontage - fencing to be installed here, with new vehicle and pedestrian gates. This area is to be priced however due to the proximity of protected trees, an outline plan is currently being prepared which must be approved by council before works in this area can commence. When preparing a programme of work, this area can be listed as the last to address for now, with an indication on timeframe to complete for reference.

2. Eastern boundary fencing - replacement fencing to be installed.

3. Southeastern boundary fencing - a mix of remediation to existing fencing, and replacement of sections of fenceline.

4. Southwest fencing - a mix of remediation to existing fencing, and installation of new fencing to close of areas.

Timeframes - As this project has been bought about due to the needs of students at the school there is some urgency to address the scope as soon as practical. We are aiming to have areas 2-4 completed whilst area 1 has an outline plan approved, with the works then progressing to area 1.
