Beach Access Maintenance at Z10 Zilzie

⁠⁠⁠LSC has temporarily closed Z10 Beach Access at 16 Amoria Avenue, Zilzie QLD 4710 to the public. LSC is currently seeking maintenance solutions to restore the stairs to a safe condition and reopen access as soon as possible, while also extending the lifespan of the structure.

Contractors are requested to inspect the timber components of the access and:

• Submit a detailed report outlining their findings

• Propose a general methodology for the required maintenance works

• Provide a detailed price based on the proposed methodology

• Where applicable, provide more than one option, with a price for each

• Include approximate timeframes for delivery of the proposed works
