Tender Description
Central Coast Council invites suitably qualified consultants to submit a tender for the preparation of the Ulverstone Waterfront Master Plan.
The project will establish a long-term strategic vision and implementation framework for the future development, activation, accessibility and connectivity of the Ulverstone Waterfront precinct. The successful Consultant will undertake stakeholder and community engagement, prepare a Draft and Final Master Plan, supporting visualisations, and an implementation framework to guide future investment and decision-making.
