Scope Summary
This specification covers the supply, management, and governance of all Microsoft licensing and subscription services used by the organisation for the duration of the contract, including access to a self-service customer portal.
The scope applies to the full Microsoft portfolio, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and any other Microsoft cloud, hybrid, or on premises products, whether currently in use or adopted during the contract term.
All applicable cloud subscriptions and services must be supplied and managed under the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) – via Cloud Solution Provider, where relevant. The self-service customer portal must provide real-time visibility and management capabilities for licensing, subscriptions, consumption, billing and reporting.
