Tender Description
Project Overview:
- This project is to carry out home modifications work at 81A Mosby Street, Iama Island QLD 4875.
- Works shall be quoted for completion during normal hours and shall meet the requirements of this specification
- Provide QBuild Supervisor with SWMS for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite.
- On award and prior to commencement of works the QBuild supervisor will arrange a Prestart Meeting with the successful tenderer to discuss any site/project specifics. This prestart meeting is mandatory and must be attended by the contractor’s representative.

- At time of tender “Contractors” are required to provide a cost break up of each element outlined in the “Job Summary”.
- All measurements provided are approx. and for quoting purposes only. Contractor shall confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing.
