Exhibition Graphic Design Services

⁠⁠⁠The Western Australia Museum (WA Museum), founded in 1891, is the State’s premier cultural organisation and houses Western Australia’s scientific and cultural collections. Today, the WA Museum operates seven public museums across the State, including WA Museum Boola Bardip in Perth; the WA Maritime Museum and the WA Shipwrecks Museum in Fremantle; the Museum of the Great Southern in Albany; the Museum of the Goldfields in Kalgoorlie; the Museum of Geraldton; and Gwoonwardu Mia Cultural Centre in Carnarvon.

The WA Museum has an ongoing requirement for the provision of graphic design services to support a high volume of outputs for a range of exhibition projects across multiple divisions of the Museum. These services include, but are not limited to, the design of graphic elements for exhibitions such as story panels, labels, environmental graphics, and elevations. They also extend to marketing collateral, including branding rollouts for a wide variety of projects across both print and digital media, as well as on-site activation, public program zones, signage, and educational materials.

The demand to deliver current and future exhibition projects exceeds the capacity of the WA Museum’s in-house design team. As a result, the Museum requires a panel of suitably qualified and experienced Exhibition Graphic Design Service Providers to either to supplement the Museum’s in house design team on specific projects or to undertake complete end?to?end graphic design services for individual projects.

The quantity, scale, and scope of services required will vary from time to time according to project requirements and operational priorities. The Contractor(s) will be engaged on an as-required basis over the term of the Head Agreement for specific assignments, subject to demonstrated capability, availability, and capacity to deliver the required services.
