Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Shire has received Main Roads WA Blackspot program funding to improve road user safety on Speedway Rd adjacent to the Browns Range Waste Facility, Carnarvon.

Speedway Rd ad is a sealed road from the North West Coastal Highway approximately 1km eastward to the waste facility. Speedway Rd transitions into an unsealed, formed and paved road beyond the waste facility and rejoins the North West Coastal Highway approximately 2.3km to the north of the waste facility.

The scope comprises realigning a segment of Speedway Rd adjacent to the waste facility to create a new intersection with Speedway Rd West that is approx. 55m further north than the existing intersection.
