Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The department seeks to engage a suitably qualified provider to deliver enterprise system support and advisory services. The engagement aims to ensure system stability, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment of the department’s finance and human resource services, supported by specialist expertise in TechnologyOne and Aurion SaaS software.
Services are to be delivered through a flexible engagement model comprising of:
Ad hoc support (retainer-based hours):
- On-demand help desk–style support for issue resolution, system configuration, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements, delivered via a pre-purchased pool of hours that can be used flexibly and accumulated within agreed limits.
Managed support services (planned consulting):
- Scheduled consulting days to support system enhancements, business process review and optimisation, and development of system roadmaps for Finance and HRM services. This includes support for the upcoming TechnologyOne Ci to CiA upgrade in November 2026.
