Tender Description
Tathra Wind Farm is a proposed hybrid power generation facility, to be constructed in stages up to:
- 140 Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), up to 1,000 MW
- Solar energy, up to 500 MW; and
- Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), up to 500 MW.
TTWF1 is planned to be a hybrid facility of approximately 250 MW installed capacity of wind, and a 250 MW 8-hour BESS.
Synergy is seeking to undertake a competitive sourcing process to engage providers for the following high-level requirements:
- As Owner’s Engineer provide advice and support to the Owner in relation to a number of engineering project matters, during the development and delivery phases of the project; and
- As Project Delivery Partner provide ongoing project support during the delivery phase of the project, across a variety of engineering project management requirements.

All registered parties will be invited to respond to the Synergy Expression of Interest (EOI) document for the procurement process. The EOI has the following indicative timelines:
- EOI registration period from 26 May 2026

- Closing date for EOI responses 18 June 2026
