Point of Sale System for the CBS Customer Service Centre

⁠⁠⁠CBS is seeking to engage a supplier to develop and implement a point of sale (POS) system to process customer transactions, including payments for its customer service centre located in Chesser Lane in Adelaide.

In Scope:

• Procurement, installation and configuration of POS terminals at CBS customer centre

• Integration with CRM, finance systems and payment gateways

• Enablement of multiple payment modes (Card, Wallet, EFTPOS)

• Secure transactions compliant with PCI DSS standards.

• User access setup and staff training

• Vendor Support, maintenance and software updates

Out of Scope:

• Out of scope are any upgrades to legacy systems, unrelated hardware purchases, implementations outside customer centres, third-party system modifications, mobile or online payment integrations, customer POS software development.

Assumptions:

• CSC have the necessary infrastructure (power, network connectivity) to support POS terminals.

• Vendor will provide installation, configuration, training support as per agreed SLAs.

• Security and compliance requirements (PCI DSS) are clearly defined and available

• Any changes in external payment systems or regulations will be communicated in a timely manner.
