The City of Fremantle is a local government authority located 20km south of the Perth CBD comprising the suburbs of Beaconsfield, Fremantle, Hilton, North Fremantle, O'Connor, Samson, South Fremantle and White Gum Valley.

About this Tender:

The City of Fremantle (the Principal) is seeking the submission from a suitably qualified Land Remediations Contractor or similar consortium with proven experience and qualification to undertake the removal of contaminated fill from the northern portion of the Hilton Park Precinct.

The Contractor shall undertake the identification, removal, handling, transport, and lawful disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) in accordance with the Contract, applicable legislation, and relevant codes of practice.

Tenderers are required to attend a Site Inspection on 02 June 2026 @10am (please see section 1.7 Tender Briefing / Site Inspection of the RFT main document). Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.
