Provide Traffic Management Services

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking submissions from suitably competent Tenderers to provide Traffic Management Services for construction and maintenance works including provisions for afterhours works throughout the Shire of Waroona

The Principal expects to require in the order of 1,200 hours of traffic management through the duration of each financial year however this is subject to increase or decrease at the sole discretion of the Principal.

The contract will commence as soon as practical as advised in the letter of acceptance issued to the successful Tenderer and will run for the period until the contract concludes 30th June 2027. The principal will consider as set out in this contract two (2), one (1) year options to extend the term of the contract.

The Contractor will:

• Provide all Occupation Safety and Health documentation

• Complete pre-qualification WHS induction

• Complete site induction with principal representative

A full statement of the goods and/or services required under the proposed contract appears in the Specification.

The successful Tenderer will be required to enter into a Contract with the Principal.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify. Late tenders or email and facsimile tenders will not be accepted.

Prospective tenderers are advised that the Shire will not be submitting a tender in this instance.
