Contractor for Balfour School Site Drainage and Retention Pit

⁠⁠⁠A need was identified as part of the 2022/23 10YPP process and identified as the main water supply and stormwater drainage including drainage channels needing to be replaced. Outcomes sought include enabling adequate surface water drainage and run off to approved outfalls to minimize surface water flooding and ponding, there may be requirements for phasing of the project due to the nature of works being all encompassing to Block A, i.e. there are works on all sides and all around.

There will not be any requirement for any staged handover as all drainage is part of one single system with the only risk the project potentially restricting access to existing classrooms and used spaces, which is not considered insurmountable.
