Tender Description
Pursuant to section 3.58(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Menzies invites public tenders for the disposal of Shire-owned land located in Kookynie, Western Australia.
Kookynie town site is located approximately 65 km north of Menzies and 65 km south of Leonora, famous for its historic gold mining heritage.
Tenders are invited for the following lots:
