Chaplaincy Services

⁠⁠⁠Project goals

NSWPF aims to secure chaplaincy services from qualified faith-based providers to deliver spiritual and pastoral care across the organisation.

This RFT invites suitably qualified service providers to submit tenders to deliver these services under a fixed-fee agreement in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.

Scope

NSW Police Force seeks to engage paid chaplaincy service providers to deliver services across four regions: Central Metropolitan and Northern; North West Metropolitan and Western; South West Metropolitan and Southern; and the NSWPF Academy.

One or more providers may be appointed, with the goal of achieving a diverse mix of faith groups that reflects both the NSWPF workforce and the broader community.

Each provider will nominate one or more chaplains to deliver pastoral and spiritual care to current and former NSWPF members and their families, and to support the volunteer chaplain network that forms the NSWPF Chaplaincy Program.
