MB Water Network - Pallas Street - Water Main Construction Works

⁠⁠⁠Fraser Coast Regional Council (FCRC) is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for CTWW042 - 25/26 - MB Water Network: Pallas Street - Water Main Construction Works.

This invitation to offer is in three (3) separable portions being:

•  Separable Portion 1 – Pallas St – Woodstock Street to Premier Street;
•  Separable Portion 2 – Pallas St – Premier Street to Arbury Street;
•  Separable Portion 3 – Pallas St – Arbury Street to Saltwater Creek Road.

FCRC may only award any Separable Portion depending on funding availability. FCRC requires the tenderer to price all Separable Portions or part Separable Portions and also provide a discount if awarded all Separable Portions in one process.

FCRC may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS

Please be advised that tender response forms are to be submitted as three files only and in the following format:

•  Non-Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file. This PDF must not contain any price related criteria.
•  Price Response Form: Excel
•  Contract Amendments and Particulars: Excel
