Provision of Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) Application Assessment Services

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) On-demand Transport (OdT) business unit requires a suitable skilled Contractor to assess medical, vision and cognitive impairment based on information provided by an applicant and their medical practitioner to determine eligibility against the Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) approved criteria.

Briefing 

A briefing session will be held at 2 Tassels Place, Innaloo, WA, 6018, Perth on 29 May 2026 10:00 AM.

Those attending the briefing are requested to meet the Department's representatives in the foyer at 2 Tassels Place. Alternative arrangements can be made, should online attendance be required.

Please telephone or send an e-mail to the Contact Officer for contractual and routine enquiries listed on the first page of the Request document by 3.00pm Wednesday 27 May 2026, to inform her who from your Organisation will be attending the briefing.
