Tender Description
SAFA requires a varied panel of loss adjusters to generally investigate the causes, origins and circumstances of claims, to assess and quantify through site visits, evidence collection, and witness interviews, as necessary, and provide written reports for claims across a range of insurance classes, such as property, liability, motor vehicle, and other classes.
More than one service provider is expected to be appointed to the panel.
A service provider may tender for all, or select insurance classes or specialist services.
The proposed contract term will be perpetual and will be reviewed every 4 years.
