QRP-26-16 Station Bike Locker Booking System Replacement

⁠⁠⁠Queensland Rail is seeking a Supplier to provide a replacement solution for our Stations Bike Storage Booking System. Queensland Rail is seeking suppliers to deliver a fixed price replacement Station Bike Storage Booking System for external customer and station staff access, preferably a SaaS solution with data hosted in Australia.

The supplier must provide 24/7 maintenance and support for the associated software.

The solution must include end-to-end integration with Queensland Rail systems (including BPoint, SAP/GL, SSO, and customer web portals) and deliver structured implementation including PVT and penetration testing.

Tenderers who wish to access the tender must have an SAP Ariba network account and register the account to do business with Queensland Rail. For registration instructions, please refer to the attached Ariba Registration of Company Profile guide. NOTE: The Contact Officer cannot provide access to the tender in Ariba Sourcing if the instructions in this document have not been completed in full.

Once this registration is complete, you must then email the Contact Officer (Maria.Toth@qr.com.au) by not later than a week before the tender closing time of 9th June 2026 ( note late tenders will not be accepted ) to be invited to the tender Sourcing Event in Ariba.

Submissions must be completed in Ariba Sourcing by tender closing time at 2pm 9th June 2026 ( DEADLINE) Late submissions will not be accepted. Refer to the attached Ariba Guide for Suppliers for instructions on how to use Ariba Sourcing after the Contact Officer has invited you to the tender Sourcing Event.
