RFT - CWMS Gravity Mains Capital Renewal Works

⁠⁠⁠Background & General Information

Regional Council of Goyder (the Council) invites tenders from tenderers for the provision of “remediating the damaged earthen sewerage line system. (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.

Background

Background to Tender:

3.1.1 Following a recent condition assessment of Council’s Community Wastewater Management System (CWMS), several sections of the system within the township area of Eudunda have been identified as requiring immediate remediation to reinstate the network’s fit, form, and function.

3.1.2 Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake targeted repair, and rehabilitation works on the identified CWMS assets. The works will include the repair, replacement, or relining of the nominated CWMS pipes to restore structural integrity and operational performance in accordance with Council standards and specifications.

3.1.3 Due to budget limitation council may split the scope of works into two to three years duration.

3.1.4 Any extra work required by Council will be work offered as a variation to the main contract.

3.2 Payment will be made after;

3.2.1 the finished project is assessed against the criteria shown in this RFT, and the presentation of an invoice that reflects costs shown in the Tender response schedules
