Expressions of Interest – Beresford Foreshore licence

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geraldton invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced operators for mobile trading opportunities at the Beresford Foreshore.

The City seeks to activate and enhance this valued community space by offering a non-exclusive Licence to operators who can contribute to a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging foreshore environment. Proposed uses may include, but are not limited to:

• Food and beverage services

• Health and wellbeing activities

• Recreational offerings

• Arts and cultural experiences

The Beresford Foreshore is a prominent coastal destination, featuring a well-utilised playground and public facilities, providing an excellent opportunity for businesses to engage with both the local community and visitors.
