Tender Description
The Procurement is for the provision of payroll processing services to support carers employed by trusts administered by the agency. The services are expected to support approximately 11 trusts employing around 12 carers.
The arrangement supports existing legacy arrangements only, with no new payments being added. Service volumes are expected to remain stable, although numbers may reduce over the term.
Services will be delivered remotely and coordinated through the agency’s nominated Trust Manager.
