Waste Management Services (WMS)

⁠⁠⁠The Australian National University through the Campus Environment Division invites suitably qualified, and experienced Waste Management Service Providers.

Scope:

The Contractor will provide scheduled and reactive Services to all required areas of the University detailed herein in accordance with designated access times. Service standards shall include but not be limited to:

(a) Safe and environmentally friendly disposal of all waste streams

(b) Provision and supervision of Contractor personnel;

(c) Provision, maintenance and cleaning of receptacles;

(d) Materials being secure while waste is collected, or when the Collection Vehicle is in transit so as to prevent the escape of any Materials from the Collection Vehicle; and

(e) Contractor Data Management System that tracks the waste types and quantities of all waste collected, processed or disposed of, and KPIs related to University Sustainability targets and Contractor performance.

1. Registration for mandatory Industry Brief is required by 11am Friday 29th of May 2026 via email to fs.contracts@anu.edu.au providing names and numbers quoting ANU26-029 Waste Management
2.  Industry Brief is 1:30pm on Wednesday 3rd of June 2026 - briefing will also be available to attend online with location and online details to be provided after registration.
3.  All communications and correspondence - no exceptions.
4.  Unless the RFT documents are downloaded, addendums will not be able to be accessed.
