Supply and Maintenance of Parking Fee Payment Solution

⁠⁠⁠The goods and services required will include:

• Provision of parking meters, with options for payment by card only, and both card and cash.
• Systems to manage and support the parking meters.
• Services for installation, maintenance, and support of the parking meters are being proposed.
• Relocation of parking meters as required to optimise their use.
• Removal and disposal of existing parking meters and make good of the pavement where the meter will not be replaced.
• Virtual meters, including all required systems, maintenance, support and signage for the solutions being proposed.
• Provision of a customer contact centre which will be operational during the times that paid parking applies.
• Integration of data from the proposed systems with other systems required by the City.
