Waste Transfer Station & Resource Recovery Management

⁠⁠⁠Yorke Peninsular Council (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the management of three (3) Waste Transfer Station and Resource Recovery Centres (the Services).

The Yorke Peninsula Council delivers waste management services across its regional communities and operates three (3) Resource Recovery Centres (RRCs) as key components of its waste and resource recovery network.

The RRCs provide essential infrastructure for the receipt, segregation, and processing of domestic, commercial, and industrial waste streams, supporting landfill diversion and resource recovery outcomes.

Council seeks to engage a suitably qualified contractor to manage and operate the RRCs in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

A briefing session will be held at 9 Elizabeth Street, Maitland, South Australia, Australia, 5573 on 9:30 am 4 June 2026.

Notes: Mandatory Site Briefing - Tenderers are responsible for providing their own transport to and from all sites. Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all locations

A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
