Tender Description
The Regional Council of Goyder is seeking suitable contractor to carry out concrete kerb and gutter works. The works involves 7 footpath sections located in the township of Burra.
Contractor Responsibility
Contractor to supply all of the plant, labor and material for the installation of new concrete kerb and gutter works. Council to supply the site preparation work only including levels.
Manage DBYD, service location and depthing. All locations of, potholing of, and depthing of services as a method of confirming service location is to be undertaken by the contractor prior to commencing excavation works.
- All the placement of concrete works.
- Manage work zone traffic management.
- Remove and reinstall the street furniture at the completion of work.
- Letter drop to all affected properties 3 weeks prior to commencement of work.
Contractor will need to provide in the tender response.
- A draft SWMS for works
- Work zone traffic management plan and evidence of WZTM accreditation/
- Plant licences/accreditations/
- Insurances.
- Safety management system documents to cover chain of responsibility
